NOMA is the illness of the most poor. It destroys the weak parts of the children in the poorest areas of Africa. Their fathers let them die because they think that si caused by devil ans because their daugthers will never get married after the illness has changed their faces. Josep Campaner lives in Niger (Africa) where travells in many villages as possible in order to stop the NOMA. He protects the ill children and he take them to Europe to rebuild their faces.
